Purchase Orders

AVB Press accepts purchase orders (POs) from approved educational institutions, established companies, resellers, and government entities within the U.S. and Canada. You may submit your purchase order online (see below), by mail or by fax.

Online Purchase Orders

To place an order via Purchase Order, please email your Purchase Order to admin@avbpress.com. 

Receipt of your order will be confirmed via email.  Once your order is processed and has shipped from our fulfillment department, you will receive order tracking information, and a separate email with a PDF invoice you can use to process payment. Our invoicing terms are 30 days.

Once your order has been processed, you may check the status of your order on your account page.

Shipping 

Purchase Orders are processed and shipped in 2 – 3 business days and are shipped Ground. Delivery takes approximately 4 – 6 business days within the Continental U.S., and 7 – 10 business days to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to your invoice.

Rush orders 

Rush orders should be placed using 2-Day FedEx. Please note that orders placed on Thursdays or Fridays, may not arrive until Monday or Tuesday.

Payment 

An invoice for payment will be sent to your bill-to address once your product has been ordered. Net is due in 30 days. All payment is in USD. You may pay by check, payable to AVB Press, or by credit card using the “pay now” button next to your order (if you ordered online).

Quotes 

Pricing information can be generated using our website by clicking on the item(s) you are interested in purchasing, then proceeding to the shipping calculator and entering your zip code. Quantity discounts, shipping and taxes (California) will be calculated for you.
