Shipping and Delivery

General Shipping Orders placed for shipment within the United States are shipped using (USPS) Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Express shipping is available at an additional cost. Shipping rates are based on weight and destination. Shipping rates can be compared and calculated on our website by clicking on the desired item(s) and using the shipping calculator.

Delivery Times Orders are processed and shipped out in 2 – 3 business days. Delivery takes approximately 4 – 6 business days within the Continental U.S., and 7 – 10 business days to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Order Status Internet orders: Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation to the email address that you enter at checkout. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified again by email with an order tracking number. With this number, you can track the status of your order directly with the shipper. Purchase orders: If you would like a shipping confirmation, please include your email address directly on your PO.

Express Shipping FedEx 2-Day Express shipping is available for orders placed through our website. Orders must be placed on a business day before 12 noon Eastern Standard Time in order to arrive within 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend, holiday, or after 12 noon, will ship the next business day. FedEx does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

Shipments to a Military Address Products to be delivered to an APO/FPO address will be mailed USPS. The Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA) will then deliver to your address. Shipping time generally takes 10-15 days. If you live next to a major military hub for your region then you may receive your package sooner.

Shipping a Gift Using our website you can have one or more of our books sent to someone else. Simply enter the desired items in your shopping cart, fill in their address in “ship to” and enter your information for the billing information as it appears on your credit card. You will have the option to write a note to the recipient in the “comments” box before final checkout.

International Orders Shipping rates are calculated according to the destination country and weight of the package. Customers can calculate shipping costs on our website by clicking the desired item(s) and then using the shipping calculator. International orders take approximately 2 – 5 weeks for delivery. Customs and duties are excluded from the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, see International Orders.

NOTE: Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the U.S. Post Office. Deliveries may be delayed by 1 – 2 days during holiday seasons.
